The beautiful Karisma Kapoor turns another year older today (25th June) and the actress has decided to spend this birthday with her kids, sister Kareena and Saif in London. Karisma who made her Bollywood debut with Prem Qaidi went on to become one of the top actresses of the 90s. Most famous for her pairing with Govinda in films like Raja Babu, Coolie No. 1, Hero No.1 etc, the actress mostly chose comic roles during her early phase of her career.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Yash Chopra’s Dil To Pagal Hai was a turning point in her career. The actress won the National Award for best actress and the film also established her as one of the top actresses in the country. Karisma later proved her acting abilities in films like Zubeidaa and Fiza. The actress who had stopped doing films after getting married made a comeback with Dangerous Ishq this year. However sadly enough, the film though couldn’t find any takers at the Box Office.
Karisma has also been facing lots of problems on the personal front with the news of an impending divorce from husband Sunjay Kapoor. She has decided to celebrate this birthday with her family (minus her husband) in London. We wish Karisma a very happy birthday and wish her good luck on both professional and personal front.
