Come 11th May and the audience will get to see two Kapoor’s fight it out at the box office – Karishma Kapoor with Dangerous Ishq and Arjun Kapoor with Ishaqzaade! The Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Ishaqzaade was initially releasing on 18th May but now the makers have preponed the release by 1 week and it will now release along side Karishma Kapoor’s comeback film Dangerous Ishq.
An official announcement was made by Yash Raj Films press release which said “YRF is pleased to announce the opportune preponement of Ishaqzaade which will now be releasing on 11th May 2012 in theaters worldwide. With Ferrari ki Sawaari moving to a later date and the IPL crunch matches kicking in from the 18th, this shift will give Ishaqzaade a better window for release”.
Both the movies are important for the actors involved, Ishaqzaade is Arjun Kapoor’s debut movie where as Dangerous Ishq is Karishma Kapoor’s comeback vehicle in Bollywood. Having see the trailers, we think Ishaqzaade might just have more mass appeal than Dangerous Ishq. Well lets see who wins the clash of the Kapoors in May!
