Not apologizing to MCA – Shahrukh Khan

Super star Shahrukh Khan has made it clear that he is not apologizing to MCA for the Wankhade brawl. After his team Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL,  SRK had publicly apologized for the whole episode however today he clarified the issue saying that the sorry was only for his kids and not for Mumbai Cricket Association.

Talking to a daily he said “Let me make this very clear, I am not apologising to anybody. I only apologise to my kids for what happened, I apologise to myself for having gone there.

SRK said that he lost his cool at comments made against him by someone in the stadium “There was a man in a yellow shirt who spoke rudely with me. If that man comes in front of me, I will beat him. He said things that were trash, unsecular and unworthy of my repeating them. I have lived in Mumbai for more than 20 years, have my domicile here, my home and family here. I am as much Indian as that idiot who made the comment or anyone else in this country. Thankfully it took me 10 minutes to understand what he said… otherwise I would’ve caught him right there and slapped him. I don’t teach my children what is Hindu and what is Muslim.”

Earlier in the month, MCA had banned SRK from entering the Wankhade Stadium after the fight that took place between the actor and MCA Officials during the IPL match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on 16th May. Looks like the SRK-MCA scuffle is not going to resolve anytime soon!
