It seems Vidya Balan is playing her real self in Rajkumar Gupta’s Ghanchakkar. The actress plays a loud Punjabi housewife who makes fashion disasters. Well isn’t that term “fashion disaster” so often associated with Vidya in real life?

Talking about her character in movie, Vidya said “She thinks she knows everything about fashion…and isliye wo khud hi kuch atram shatram karti rehti hai. She feels she knows everything and that’s not because she is Punjabi, but because she’s just that kind of person “. Ghanchakkar will see the actress in several weird costumes, which makes us wonder if the character was inspired from Vidya’s real life fashion disasters!
