Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has finally started working again after giving birth to her daughter last November. She did her first photoshoot with Kalyan Jewellers, a brand she endorses recently. Check out Aishwarya’s new pictures from the new print ad for Kalyan Jewellers.

As stunning as she looks, we think these pictures have been heavily photoshopped. Her face doesn’t look like this these days at least not the last time we saw her. What do you think?
