Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha’s chemistry was loved by the audience in Rowdy Rathore, which was their first film together. The two looked good on screen and had the public grooving to their electrifying thumkas.

Shahrukh Khan broke his rule of no ‘on-screen kissing’ for Katrina Kaif in Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Yash Chopra brought this jodi together for the first time and considering how good they looked together, we wonder why didn’t anyone think of pairing them up before?

The most unusual jodi of 2012 was of Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in Barfi. This different love story about a deaf and mute guy and an autistic girl touched our hearts and brought a smile to so many faces. Ranbir and Priyanka’s chemistry in the movie can be best described as “adorable”!

Two newcomers, Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra came together for Yash Raj Film’s Ishaqzaade. The love story based against a political background was appreciated by the audience and what was appreciated most about the movie was the intense chemistry between the lead couple.

Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan came together for very first time in Karan Johar’s Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu. The couple shared a sweet chemistry and their pairing was like a breath of fresh air. We hope to see them in more movies in the coming years.

Yet another sweet couple was Ayushmann Khurana  and Yami Gautam in Vicky Donor where the two talented actors played their parts to perfection. Did you know that Ayushmann and Yami have known each other since their childhood? Maybe that’s why they were so comfortable together on-screen!
