Bollywood Friday Releases – 3rd August 2012

It’s that time of the week again where we give you the list of Bollywood movies that are releasing on the coming Friday. This week we have four Bollywood movies hit the theaters – Jism 2, From Sydney With Love, Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai and Krishna Aur Kans. Here’s a sneak peak.

Jism 2: Indo-Canadian adult film star Sunny Leone makes her Bollywood debut with Jism 2. Sunny plays a porn star in the movie which also stars Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh. The songs of the movie are a huge hit and there’s obviously a curiosity factor involved with Sunny Leone. Director Pooja Bhatt is confident about her film which she calls the most erotic film to have ever been made in the Indian film industry. Well, one thing is for sure Jism 2 will take a good opening!

From Sydney With Love: The movie is a love story and has been shot in Australia. It’s a story about a girl named Megha who goes to Sydney to pursue her Masters degree. She starts on a new journey of life making new friends and discovering herself. She also falls in love with Rohit, even though she never wanted to. What happens next? Will Megha’s family approve of her love affair? Directed by Prateek Chakravorty, the movie stars  Sharad Malhotra, Bidita Bag, Prateek Chakravorty and Evelyn Sharma.

Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai: It’s a love story based in Rajasthan. A boy and girl meet and fall in love, unaware of the animosity that exists between their families. The two rich families cannot bear the sight of each other due to business rivalry and some other personal issues. What will happens when they will come to know about their love affair?  Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai marks the debut of actors Nazia Hussain and Aditya Samanta and is directed by Shree Narayan Singh.

Krishna Aur Kans: This animated 3D movie will tell you tale of one of India’s most loved god, Lord Krishna. The movie will depict his entire life starting from his birth and how he finally kills Kans and overcomes the evil. Though we have all seen Lord Krishna’s story so many times, yet it never gets old. Krishna Aur Kans will most likely have kids as their prime audience!

So these are our four releases of the week. Quite obviously, Jism 2 will get the best opening at multiplexes and single screens while From Sydney With Love and Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai will have to depend of good word of mouth to do well. Krishna Aur Kans should do well with family audience.

Which movie are you most looking forward to on 3rd August?
