Boman Irani to act with his son in Student Of The Year

Boman Irani will be seen doing a special appearance in Karan Johar’s next directorial venture- Student Of The Year. The film is currently being shot in Bangkok. Boman who is set to do a special appearance in the movie is also likely to share the screen for the first time with his son Kayoze Irani. “In Bangkok for a sp appearance in SOTY. Might just share screen space with my son @kayoze for the 1st time. Hope the blighter is nervous!” tweeted the actor on the micro-blogging site.

The film stars Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra in lead roles. It is the first time that Karan Johar is making a film with all the newcomers and yes it is also the first time that he is making a film without Shahrukh Khan! The movie also has two of the television top stars, Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor in special roles. The two actors have earlier acted together in the critically acclaimed Udaan.  Boman Irani’s son is also a part of the film and now we might just get to see the father-son duo together on screen for the very first time.

The release date for the movie has not been decided yet.
