Cannes 2013: Vidya Balan does the same hairstyle 4 times in a row!

Cannes Film Festival has always been high on fashion and style. Fashion experts from all across the world look forward to this event and all the celebs who walk the red carpet are closely scrutinized and that is the reason why everyone wants to put their best ‘fashion foot’ forward at  Cannes. When Vidya Balan was chosen to be one of the jury members at the festival this year, fashion gurus were more than skeptical about her sartorial choices at the event and why not after all Vidya is not the one known for her fashion sense anyway.

For Day 1, she arrived at Hotel  Martinez wearing a maroon colored Sabyasachi lehenga. Gorgeous jhumkas and a bindi completed her look. She tied her hair in a bun which made the look neat. We really liked it and she got rave reviews for her 1st look.

On the same day for the jury photocall, Vidya changed into a white and golden saree with a statement neck-piece. She looked regal and gorgeous, and her 2nd look also also got a thumbs up from most. Her hair-style though did not change.

Later in the night, for the premiere of The Great Gatsby, she wore a off-white color lehenga. Even though the dress was beautiful, the veil felt unnecessary and brought the look down. And that 3rd look made sure that she had the same hair for all her 3 appearances in the day!

Ok 3 in 3, we really thought she would change things up a bit on the 2nd day but that was not the case!

For her 4th appearance on Day 2, Vidya of course again wore a Sabyasachi saree and the hair was same again. Pray, why would you do this Vidya? We get it that she is comfortable in Indian wear and wants to stick to those but why have the same hair all the time? And this hair-style is aging her, why not try to look your age?

We are hoping that she would changes things a bit in the coming days. But knowing her maybe out hope is a bit far-fetched!
