Madhuri Dixit unveils her wax statue at Madame Tussauds

Bollywood diva Mahduri Dixit unveiled her wax statue at Madame Tussauds in London today. The actress known for her million dollar smile is the latest Indian actor to join the line up of the other A-list Indian actors at Tussauds, which also houses the wax statues of Amitach Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan. The dancing queen who ruled the Hindi film industry in the 90s with films like Beta, Dil, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, Dil To Pagal Hai and Khalnayak is only the second Bollywood actress to have been honoured at Tussauds. Aishwarya Rai Bachahan was the first one.

In a statement on Madame Tussauds official website Madhuri said ‘I am thrilled to be here in Madame Tussauds unveiling a wax figure of myself. It’s incredible just how detailed the figure is – they have captured my look beautifully! I feel very humbled to be included alongside other Bollywood stars and some of my personal heroes’.

We think this one is better than the statues of all the other Bollywood actors at Tussauds. Madhuri is known for her beautiful smile and they have kept that intact in the statue!
