The gorgeous Madhuri Dixit celebrates her birthday today. The actress who made her Bollywood debut with Abodh in 1984 went on to become one of Bollywood’s most popular actress of all times. Undoubtedly the top actress of the her time, Madhuri is known for her beautiful smile and dancing talent. Some of her super-hit movies include Dil, Beta, Raja, Ram Lakhan, Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, Khalnayak and Dil To Pagal Hai. Her talent has won her five Filmfare awards and various other nominations. She has also been honored with the Padma Shri.

Madhuri bid adieu to Bollywood after she married a NRI doctor in 1999 and moved to USA however it was her love for Bollywood which brought her back into showbiz. Her comeback movie Aaja Nachle in 2007 didn’t really click at the box office but the actress is now all set for a new beginning in Bollywood! We will get to see her soon in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Dedh Ishqiya and Abhinav Sinha’s Gulab Gang.

She has given the industry some memorable dancing numbers like Mera Piya Ghar, Ek Do Tin, Chane Ke Khet etc. We think that her expressions combined with her flawless dance moves make her the most graceful dancer of the Hindi film industry.

Her Acting: Madhuri is one complete actress who has done justice to a variety of roles. If she played the romantic Pooja in Saajan with perfection, she was also spot on with her portrayal of the confident and fiery Ketki in Mrityudand. It’s difficult to pinpoint her best performance as she has always been a complete natural on screen!

Her Smile: Madhuri and her million dollar smile go hand in hand!
