Naino Mein Sapna from Himmatwala: New V/s Original

The video of “Naino Mein Sapna” from the new Himmatwala was released today. The new version features has been sung by Kishore Kumar’s son Amit Kumar (Kishore Kumar had sung the original song) and Shreya Ghoshal. Featured on Ajay Devgn and Tamannaah, the sets look as colorful as they did in the 80’s Himmatwala with Sridevi and Jeetendra.

Even though the new song is not bad, it pales in comparison to the original version. Tamannaah’s dance is not up to the mark (especially when compared to Sridevi) and Lata Mangeshkar and Kishore Da’s voice is hard to match!

So which one gets your vote? “Naino Mein Sapna” from the new Himmatwala or the old one? Have you say!
